Professional Engineering / Project Management Services
ACES continues its tradition of providing high-quality, effective professional engineering / project management services to meet client's needs using in-house and consultant resources. Balancing schedules, resources, finances, and equipment, ACES works with clients to analyze the problem, develop a work scope, manage production of required products, and act as owner’s representative throughout the process, from planning through construction. This relationship improves efficiency, communication, and ultimately, the final product. Whether it’s a downtown streetscape, highway, housing development, bus garage, parking garage, parking lot, convention center, or other municipal facility improvement; ACES strives to provide its clients with timely, effective service. ACES also provides grant administration services to other City agencies, acting as liaison with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for aviation related grants.

Professional Land Surveying Services
ACES provides a wide variety of professional surveying services, including construction, topographic, location, property, right-of-way, geodetic control, and monitoring surveys. This section also provides mapping support through the Cincinnati Area Geographic Information System (CAGIS) and maintains the City’s geodetic control network

Urban Design Review Board
The Urban Design Review Board (UDRB) was established by City Council in August 1964 to advise the City manager on whether plans for private improvements conform with the principles of the Central Business District Plan as adopted by City Council in 1964 and as subsequently revised from time to time by City Council. The current Central Business District Plan is the Cincinnati 2000 Plan
