Client Agency Support:
CITCO staff provides ongoing primary PC/printer/peripheral setup, configuration and support; database development; Local Area Network (LAN) and server infrastructure support to various City departments. CITCO staff provides second tier, specialized on-demand support for City departments and agencies that have their own internal IT staff.  CITCO staff also provides management of all enterprise level activities of the City’s directory service (Microsoft Active Directory).
