Client Agency Support:
CINSY staff provides ongoing primary PC/printer/peripheral setup, configuration and support; database development; Local Area Network (LAN) and server infrastructure support to various City departments. CINSY staff provides second tier, specialized on-demand support for City departments and agencies that have their own internal I/T staff. CINSY staff also provides management of all enterprise level activities of the Citywide Root for the Novell Directory Services (NDS) "Cincinnati" Tree and eventually for its Microsoft Active Directory replacement.
