Electronic Government (eGov) Services consists of ETS staff that work in conjunction with select employees from other City agencies to provide support services for the City's Internet ( http://www.cincinnati-oh.gov) and intranet websites.

Website Maintenance, Optimization, Enhancement, Production Support & Hosting Services:
Includes website update and monitoring services to ensure the City's website complies with City standards and industry best practices, and the day-to-day support activities required to keep the primary Internet and intranet websites running.
