CINSY provides support for the Human Resource and Payroll data tracking and management system which enables the administration to manage employee information. Services provided by the CINSY staff include support for:

Payroll: Regular and special Payroll Processing, Financial Institution Direct Deposit, Garnishment, General Ledger, Leave Accrual, One-Time Deductions, Tax Updates & Changes, W2 and Year-End Processing, Payroll Reporting, Interfaces to external systems

Human Resources: Absence History, Discipline, Grievances, New Hire Process, HR Actions, Leave Plans, License & Certifications, Pay Rate Changes, Performance Reviews, Reclassifications, Department Re-organizations mandated and approved by Council, Salary/Grade Step Table Maintenance, Separations (Retirement & Termination), Training

Benefits: Open Enrollment Changes, Retirement Plans, Savings Plans, Benefit Provider and Benefit Administration changes, FSA Accounts, Health Care, Insurance, Deferred Compensation

Time & Labor: Time Administration, Labor Distribution, Reporting
