- The City certifies the mileage to be accurate to the best of our knowledge. The City complies with Ohio law regarding motor vehicle mileage reporting.
- No payment shall be made at the auction. The successful bidder will be given an invoice to be taken to Fleet Services, 1106 Bates Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45225, along with payment for the total amount due. Payment must be made Monday from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., or Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., the week following the auction. Payment not received by 4:00 P.M. Friday, will result in the sale being voided and the name of the bidder being placed on a list, making that person ineligible to bid on or to be awarded any items at future auctions.
- Payment shall be by money order, certified check, bank cashier's or bank official's check drawn on a solvent bank, payable to the "Treasurer, City of Cincinnati" in the amount due on awardee's City Auction Invoice.
- Successful bidder shall purchase all equipment on an "as is" basis.
- Bidding for each item for auction shall begin at the City's minimum acceptable price established for that item.
- The successful bidder shall be required to remove the purchased automotive, mowing, or miscellaneous equipment from the designated area by 4:00 P.M. on the Friday following the auction. Purchased equipment may be picked up Monday from 12-Noon to 4:00 P.M. or Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Any equipment not removed by this time period shall be assessed a storage fee at the rate of $10.00 per day for each piece of equipment. In no case will the City store the equipment any longer than 30 days.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, the bidder shall be placed on an ineligible list.
- There will be a $40.00 administrative charge for replacement titles.
