CITY OF CINCINNATI – 2009 HOLIDAY COLLECTION SCHEDULE

Cincinnati, OH – The City of Cincinnati has released its 2009 Holiday Collection Schedule, which includes the collection of solid waste, yard waste, and bulky items. During most holidays, with exception of Columbus Day, garbage is collected on a day delay, meaning regular trash collection will be collected the next day following a holiday. Since Monday, January 19, 2009 was the observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Holiday, garbage collection will operate on a one day delay this week. Garbage collection scheduled for this Monday will be collected on Tuesday and garbage collection scheduled  for this Friday will be picked upon Saturday.    Citizens should call 591-6000 for questions regarding garbage collection.
