Anti-Bullying "Step up and Stop it"

Cincinnati Public Schools and Police Department Will Hold Joint News Conference to Announce Art Contest with Anti-Bullying Theme

        
            Cincinnati Police Chief James E. Craig and District Four Captain Eliot Isaac will join Cincinnati Public Schools Superintendent Mary Ronan and Board of Education Member Vanessa White to announce the anti-bullying "Step Up and Stop It" competition for the ten CPS and four charter schools located in the District Four area.  Students in grades 3 through 12 are invited to submit artwork, poetry or other creative writing to share their knowledge of how to recognize and prevent bullying.  The contest is intended to broaden awareness of bullying and to help students take a leadership role in preventing it.
