The Police Department is responsible for issuing Special Event Permits as needed.
A Special Event Permit is required if the event:
- occurs on public property and the attendance will be 3,000 or more attendees; OR
- occurs on public property and there will be alcohol sales
Various permits that must be submitted to the Cincinnati Police Department are available for download.
Customers should pay particular attention to the deadline dates for permits.
