What To Expect

The below links will provide a pdf file indicating what to expect from an inspection from the various agencies so you may better prepare for the actual inspection.  You will need Adobe PDF reader to view these files.

After the Inspection:  What Next

Once the necessary inspections are complete, landlords should contact Captain Karen Patterson with UC Police at 556-4906 to submit the necessary paperwork. The information will then be placed on UC’s website, which can be found at www.uc.edu/gradfamilyhousing/Landlord_Accreditation_Page.html. The listing will remain active for two years, after which time it will drop off if the landlord has not updated the listing. A board will assist landlords with questions about the process and to ensure the required inspections are completed.

NOTE:  The e-mail option will only work if you have an e-mail client installed on your computer.  Examples of this type of e-mail client are Mozilla Thunderbird, Outlook, Outlook express, or Incredimail.  If you are using web based email then you will need to make contact by phone or send an e-mail dirctly to Capt. David Bailey (david.bailey@cincinnati-oh.gov) and Sgt. Jason Voelkerding (jason.voelkerding@cincinnati-oh.gov)
