The Community Problem Oriented Policing (CPOP) Annual Report documents the progress made by the police in collaboration with various organizations and neighborhood groups who work in partnership to identify, prevent and solve community problems of crime and disorder. The CPOP approach emphasizes mutual accountability between citizen stakeholders and the police in their combined efforts to achieve safer neighborhoods. This report reviews activities of the previous year (an August to July calendar).
