PROMOTION CEREMONY

The Cincinnati Police Department will hold a promotion ceremony at 9:30 a.m. Thursday May 23 in the second floor conference room at Police Headquarters, 310 Ezzard Charles Drive.  Executive Assistant Police Chief Paul H. Humphries will administer the oath of office to Sergeant Kenneth Kilgore.

CLICK IT OR TICKET TO BOOST SEAT BELT USE

As motorists take to the roads this Memorial Day holiday, the Cincinnati Police Department urges everyone to buckle up.  Beginning May 20, law enforcement officials will be out in full force, taking part in the national Click It or Ticket seat belt enforcement and cracking down on motorists who are not “belted.”

CINCINNATI POLICE DEPARTMENT HOSTS PREPAREDNESS TRAINING FOR SCHOOL EMPLOYEES

A free four-hour program of preparedness training for school employees will be offered by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Training Unit and SWAT & Tactical Coordination Unit Thursday May 30 from 8:00 a.m. to noon at the Police Academy, 800 Evans Street.
