- Department Of Justice Agreement
A U.S. Department of Justice investigation into the Cincinnati Police Department's use of force was requested by the Mayor of Cincinnati. It resulted in a Memorandum of Agreement identifying changes to be made by the CPD.

The Manual of Rules and Regulations and Disciplinary Process of the Cincinnati Police Department is the official manual that provides a code of conduct for all Police Department members and a guide for the Disciplinary Process for infractions of these rules.

The Cincinnati Police Department Procedure Manual is to provide an official guide outlining the way to do many of the routine operations which confront the Cincinnati Police Department. the Procedure Manual is provided here as a downloadable file, both as a Adobe Acrobat PDF portfolio and as a compressed (zip) file. A procedures contained in both formats are in PDF format.
- Problem Solving & CPOP Status Report
In 2002, the City of Cincinnati signed the Collaborative Agreement, thus declaring the Community Problem-Oriented Policing would be the strategy for police services in the city. This report describes the status of Community Problem-Oriented Policing in Cincinnati and makes recommendations for strengthening this strategy.
