MOTION, dated 11/16/2009, submitted by Councilmembers Qualls, Cole, Harris, Thomas, Bortz, Ghiz, Berding and Vice Mayor Crowley, that the City administration, at the same time that the budget document is released, present to Council a list of all items that are being cut or added to the budget. The list should include: what is being cut; the positions associated with each cut or addition; the amount of money represented by each cut or addition, and; what fund the cut or addition would affect. The list does not have to be part of the budget document, but should be provided at the same time as the budget document.
