electors of the City of Cincinnati an amendment to the Charter

of the City that limits the use of photo-monitoring devices to

detect certain traffic law violations, by enacting new Article

XIV of the Charter of the City of Cincinnati.

2-200801035 ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), dated August 29, 2008, submitted by

Patricia M. King, Interim City Solicitor, to submit to the

electors of the City of Cincinnati an amendment to the Charter

of the City to provide for the election of members of City

Council by proportional representation by repealing existing

Sections 5, 5a, 7, 8, 11 and 12 of Article IX of the Charter and

enacting new Section 5, 5a, 7, 8, 11, 12 and 13.
