               changes to the Contractor Registration Rules and Regulations,

               and further, AMENDING Ordinance No. 406-2007 in order to repeal

               the twenty-four month sunset provision regarding Chapter 1106,

               in order to provide that Chapter 1106 shall remain in full force

               and effect indefinitely, which Chapter would otherwise expire on

               of a Community Reinvestment Area LEED Tax Exemption Agreement

               connection with the construction of an 132,000 square-foot

               office building to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design

               Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum standards, as defined by the

               Cincinnati Ohio 45212, at an estimated cost of $15,000,000.00 in

               miscellaneous services for Phase IVC of the Duck Creek Flood

               Project Cooperative Agreement that the City of Cincinnati signed

               on September 15, 2004 with the United State Army Corps of

               Engineers, which funds will subsequently be repaid in full by
