Code Chapter 1106, "General and Specialty Contractors" by

amending existing Section 1106-21, "Rules and Regulations," and

Section 1106-23, "Registration Fees," in order to reflect

changes to the Contractor Registration Rules and Regulations,

and further, AMENDING Ordinance No. 406-2007 in order to repeal

the twenty-four month sunset provision regarding Chapter 1106,

in order to provide that Chapter 1106 shall remain in full force

and effect indefinitely, which Chapter would otherwise expire on

January 1, 2010.

of a Community Reinvestment Area LEED Tax Exemption Agreement

with RBM Development Company, LLC, thereby authorizing real

property tax exemption for a period of fifteen years in

connection with the construction of an 132,000 square-foot

office building to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design

Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum standards, as defined by the

U.S. Green Building Council located at 4820 Red Bank Road,

Cincinnati Ohio 45212, at an estimated cost of $15,000,000.00 in

the City of Cincinnati Community Reinvestment Area.

property, acquire easement rights, and pay for other

miscellaneous services for Phase IVC of the Duck Creek Flood

Protection project according to the terms of Amendment II of the

Project Cooperative Agreement that the City of Cincinnati signed

on September 15, 2004 with the United State Army Corps of

Engineers, which funds will subsequently be repaid in full by

the United States Army Corps of Engineers pursuant to the
