               from the State Criminal Activity Forfeiture Fund 369 for the

               purpose of providing a local match for the grant.

               Manager, on 11/9/2009, authorizing the City Manager to apply

               for, accept and appropriate a grant of up to $2,000.00 from the

               National Society for Professional Insurance Investigators

               Foundations, Inc., for the purpose of providing funding for the

               purchase of a ZRTV Screen Capture System, a digital

               investigative tool for the Cincinnati Police Department to

               photograph screen displays of digital devices used in criminal

               activities in order to identify other involved parties to the

               crime.

               Manager, on 11/9/2009, approving and authorizing the execution

               of a Community Reinvestment Area LEED Tax Exemption Agreement

               with RBM Development Company, LLC, thereby authorizing real

               property tax exemption for a period of fifteen years in

               connection with the construction of an 132,000 square-foot

               office building to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design

               Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum standards, as defined by the

               U.S. Green Building Council located at 4820 Red Bank Road,

               Cincinnati, Ohio 45212, at an estimated cost of $15,000,000.00

               in the City of Cincinnati Community Reinvestment Area.
