ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 10/29/2007, creating the Banks Development District Incentive District (the "District") pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5709.40(C) as delineated and specified in Exhibit A, declaring improvements to certain parcels of real property within the District, in the City, which are part of the Banks Project, to be a public purpose and exempt from real property taxation, designating the "public infrastructure improvements" made or to be made that benefit or serve the parcels in the district and the "housing renovation eligible parcels" within the district, and declaring an emergency.

ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 10/29/2007, amending Ordinance No. 412-2002 changing the commencement date of an existing tax increment financing district formed pursuant to section 5709.40(C) of the Ohio Revised Code, in District 2 - Downtown South/Riverfront District Incentive District, Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio ("District 2") with respect to certain parcels located within District 2.
