WE FURTHER MOVE that, through this process, the administration establishes goals for significantly reducing regional greenhouse gas emissions while preserving both economic development and transportation options throughout the region. WE FURTHER MOVE that the administration develop a plan to implement those goals. WE FURTHER MOVE that as a part of this process, the administration conducts an inventory of existing city measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
