MOTION, dated 5/29/2007 submitted by Councilmembers Bortz, Cole and Crowley, that the Administration create a plan for a "Green Streets Pilot Project," targeting specific Downtown streets, for the implementation of methods to address stormwater runoff. (STATEMENT ATTACHED)

MOTION, dated 5/23/2007, submitted by Councilmember Monzel, that the 800K identified in the Capital Arts funding for the Underground Railroad Freedom Center be redirected towards a street calming program for our City's neighborhoods.

ORDINANCE submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 5/31/2007, authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Lease Agreement with Magnolia Heights Limited Partnership for City-owned Baldwin Alley between 12th and 13th Streets, which property is not needed for any municipal purpose during the term of the lease.

ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 5/31/2007, authorizing the sale of Holcroft Street, south of Martin Luther King Drive and Trust Street, west of Holcroft Street to Reilly U & H Management, LLC, which property is no longer needed for municipal purposes.

ORDINANCE, submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 5/31/2007, authorizing the City Manager to do all things necessary to cooperate with the Director of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) in order to complete the "Harrison Avenue: Queen City Avenue to the west corporation line" street improvement project, notwithstanding any provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code or other conflicting ordinances or policies which would prohibit such cooperation.

ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 5/31/2007, authorizing the grant of a permanent ingress and egress over City property in favor of property owned by JMDH Real Estate of Cincinnati, LLC located at 4501 West Mitchell Avenue, which interest is not needed for any municipal purpose.
