This funding should be allocated towards three programs: $71,300 for its "Recreation Employment Corps" summer job programs, $95,000 for its "Green Team" summer jobs program, and $28,600 for its "Junior Counselor" summer jobs program. We Further Move that the funds for those programs be drawn from the 2007 consolidated plan budget reconciliation and the CDBG youth employment and development funds.
