ORDINANCE submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 11/1/2006, accepting and confirming the dedication of an easement to public use for pedestrian and utility purposes for the improvement of Park Avenue in accordance with a deed from the Board of Education of the City School District of the City of Cincinnati.

ORDINANCE submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 11/1/2006, accepting and confirming the dedication of an easement to public use for street and utility purposes for the widening of Wickham Alley in accordance with a deed from Charter Development Company, LLC.

ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 11/1/2006, authorizing the Administration to do all things necessary to cooperate with the Director of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) in order to complete the HAM-22-4.56 pavement rehabilitation project to be included in ODOT's 2007 Urban Paving Program for Montgomery Road between Brewster Avenue and the south corporation line of the City of Norwood, Montgomery Road from Cypress Way to Coleridge Avenue, and Reading Road from Paddock Road to the Norwood Lateral Expressway.

ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 11/1/2006, authorizing the Administration to do all things necessary to cooperate with the Director of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) in order to complete the HAM-264-10.49 pavement rehabilitation project to be included in ODOT's 2007 Urban Paving Program for Glenway Avenue between Shirley Place and Cleves Warsaw Pike, Central Parkway between West 12th Street and Liberty Street, and Gilbert Avenue between Court Street and Elsinore Place.

ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 11/1/2006, authorizing the transfer and appropriation of the sum of $50,000.00 from the Contribution to City Pension account no. 050x911x7400 to the County Clerk Fees account no 050x943x7200 for the purpose of realigning and providing funding to allow for the continuation of City services through the end of the year.

ORDINANCE submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 11/1/2006, authorizing the execution of a YMCA Cincy After School Agreement, between the YMCA and the City, whereby the City agrees to provide non-school hours, academic and violence/drug prevention activities at three Cincinnati sites to meet the program objectives of the Cincy After School/TANF Demonstration Project; and, the YMCA agrees to pay to the City up to $240,000.00 for the provision of said services.

ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 11/1/2006, authorizing the City Manager to execute any necessary and appropriate documents to extend a loan from federal HOME funds to Over-The-Rhine Community Housing and Magnolia Heights Limited Partnership, in the amount of One Million Three Hundred Forty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Six and 00/100 Dollars ($1,341,746.00) for the repair and rehabilition of 16 buildings in the neighborhoods of Mt. Auburn, Over-the-Rhine, Pendleton and the West End for rental to low-income households.

ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 11/1/2006, declaring certain parcels of real property in the City to be blighted, declaring improvements to those parcels of real property to be a public purpose, describing the various public infrastructure improvements to be made to directly benefit the respective parcels, requiring the owners thereof to make service payments in lieu of taxes, establishing a municipal public improvement tax increment equivalent fund for the deposit of such service payments, repealing Ordinance No. 154-2006, and declaring an emergency.

ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Milton Dohoney, Jr., City Manager, on 11/01/2006, authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute a development agreement with Millworks Town Center L.L.C. for the construction of a mixed-use development project to be known as the "Millworks" to be located at the southwest corner of Marburg and Ibsen, and repealing Ordinance No. 308-2005 and Ordinance No. 155-2006.
