Each week, the Mayor’s Office receives a very large volume of invitations to events and requests for meetings. In order to best accommodate these requests, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
Meeting Requests
All requests to meet with the Mayor must be made through Julianna.Rice@cincinnati-oh.gov.
Or, you may download a copy of the Meeting Request Form and print it out. Once completed, fax the form to 513-352-5201.
Due to the volume of requests received, please allow at least two to three weeks for a response. Mayor Mallory is not available on Wednesdays for meetings or events due to weekly Council Sessions.
Event Requests
If you wish to invite the Mayor to an event, e-mail Julianna.Rice@cincinnati-oh.gov.
