Each week, the Mayor’s Office receives a very large volume of invitations to events and requests for meetings.  In order to best accommodate these requests, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Meeting Requests

The simplest and quickest way for a citizen to receive a personal meeting with the Mayor is to attend one of Mayor Mallory’s  Mayor’s Night In  events.

All other requests to meet with the Mayor must be made through the  meeting request form.  Print a copy of the form and fill it out. Once completed, fax the form to 513-352-5201.

Due to the volume of requests received, please allow at least 2-3 weeks for a response.

Event Requests

If you wish to invite the Mayor to an event, please send either a written invitation or an  event request form to:
