Requesting Proclamations

Mayor Mark Mallory is pleased to issue Proclamations from the City of Cincinnati to recognize special occasions or outstanding accomplishments in the lives of Cincinnati citizens.

To request a city proclamation, please e-mail details of the event or accomplishment and desired verbiage to Akita.Jordan-Hein@cincinnati-oh.gov. Due to the high volume of requests, allow up to three weeks for consideration and processing of your proclamation request. Utilizing the sample provided as a guide, you will insert the wording into the document and our office will print the proclamation using your content and have it signed by Mayor Mallory. Lastly, you may pick up the finished product at the Mayor's Office. Proclamation requests are honored every five years, the Mayor’s Office reserves the right to decline any request for a proclamation as well as the right to make exceptions to the guideline procedures.
