Our Community Health Nursing Program has a long tradition of providing comprehensive nursing services to Cincinnati residents.  We are one of two organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area to become an established Medicare-certified home care agency.  We offer a full range of home health care services to all age groups; deliver the majority of school health services to the children in the City of Cincinnati and licensed Nursing Homes and Day Care Programs within the City limit.

Services our Community Nursing Services Provide are:

• Skilled nursing care which includes, Adult/Geriatric, Maternal and Infant, Pediatric, and Lactation
• Consultation
• Services are the Medically Handicapped Children (BCMH)
  Medical Social Services
• Physical Therapy *
• Occupational Therapy *
• Speech Therapy *
• Home Care Aide Care*

* Services are by Contract

Fees for Service can be paid in full or part by:

• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Private Insurance/PPO
• Contracted HMO  (Care Source)
• Waiver IV
• Workers Compensation
• Self Pay (sliding scale….when coverage stops, we don’t…..)
