Woodrow Avenue

Issue: Harrison Avenue has a kink in the alignment near Woodrow Avenue. The intersection also has small corner radii making turning into and out of Woodrow difficult.

Smooth the curve through the intersection. This would remove
the kink by creating a smooth curve. The corner radii would also be increased
with this alternative. Requires relocation of utilities and modification of the
traffic signal.
