Montrose Street

Issue: The roadway is divided by a median with a substantial elevation difference in the two sections of the street. Vehicles have gotten stuck when turning on Montrose Street where the roadway elevation separates.

Modify the pavement elevations near the intersection. This would allow more area for vehicles turning in and out of Montrose Street at Harrison Avenue. This project was requested by the South Fairmount Community.
