Harrison Avenue is a minor arterial roadway with an Average Daily Traffic (ADT) of 15,000-21,000. The project is a 4 mile stretch of roadway between Queen City Avenue and the Corp. Line with spot improvement locations.

This project is intended to improve safety along Harrison Avenue as it extends through South Fairmont and Westwood. At the specific areas identified, project alternatives were identified and the community was able to make comments and suggestions. Based on the community needs and comments a preferred design has been selected.
