1. Do we have parking? Where are the lots? How much is it?

The Cinergy Center does not own any parking lots; however, Allright Central Parking has lots all around the building. For cost information, contact Allright Central Parking at 513-345-4450.

2. How do I get to the Cinergy Center?

Traveling I-75 Southbound (from Dayton)
Take I-75 South to the Fifth Street Exit (exit I-75 from the left lane).  Fifth Street will be a one way street heading east.  Go to the 3rd stoplight and turn left onto Elm Street.  Cross Sixth Street and there is a parking garage on the left.  The Convention Center is at Sixth & Elm Streets.

Traveling I-75 Northbound (from Kentucky)
Take I-75 North.  When you cross the bridge, stay in the Fifth Street Exit Lane.  Take the Fifth Street Exit to the Convention Center and following the directions above to parking.  

Traveling I-71 Southbound (from Columbus, Wilmington, Etc.)
Traveling I-71 South, take the Third Street Exit (stay in the left lane on I-71), you will go through the tunnel to Third Street.  Follow Third Street to Elm Street, turn right.  The Convention Center is on the corner of Fifth & Elm Streets.  

Traveling Eastbound US Route 50
Coming Eastbound on US RT 50, take the Fifth Street exit to the Convention Center.

Traveling Westbound US Route 50
Coming Westbound on US Route 50, take the Sixth Street Exit to the Convention Center.

Yes, we'd be glad to.

Yes. Please provide three business days notice and we will bring in a meal with kosher seal.

12. What if I have special dietary needs?

Please make us aware of your special needs and we will prepare a special meal for you. Vegetarian meals are always available.

13. Does Ovations accept American Express for payment of contracts?

No, however, Visa and MasterCard are welcome.

14. Can I bring in my food?

No, Ovations is the exclusive caterer of the Cinergy Center. All food and beverage must be purchased through Ovations.
