In order to receive a 2012 permit for fields and courts, you must:

The Cincinnati Recreation Commission unanimously approved a new policy pertaining to youth sports at the May 16, 2011 meeting.  Beginning January 1, 2012 all youth (head/lead) coaches utilizing Cincinnati Recreation Commission (CRC) facilities are required to possess a current National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA) certification through the National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS).  Coaches governed by the Ohio High School Athletic Association will be exempt.

•   2012 payments must be made prior to permits being issued.
•   Permits will not be issued without NYSCA certification verification.
•   Provide a league schedule for the 2012 season.
•   Provide a list of coaches using CRC fields.

Youth organizations $4 / time slot /day
Jr. / Sr. High Schools $5 / time slot / day
Adults $13 /time slot /day

Time Slots
#1: 9 a.m. - noon
#2: noon – 3 p.m.
#3: 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
#4: 6 p.m. – dark 
#5: Lighted
#6: hourly
Lights   $35/hour + fee for attendant   

Tennis Court Rates
Youth organizations $ 5 / hour / court   
Adults   $ 8 / hour / court

Organizations returning from last Spring / Summer: requests are due the 1st Monday of February. Open registration starts the 2nd Tuesday of March  Organizations returning from last Fall: requests are due the 1st Monday of June. Open registration starts the 3rd Monday of July.
