KIDS, LEARN TO PLAY TENNIS!

The Cincinnati Recreation Commission - National Junior Tennis and Learning is sponsored by the Western Southern Open Tournament (Tennis for Charity), USTA, GCTA and Hyman & Bessie Passman Family Charitable Foundation.  The program is free to individual children seven to fourteen years of age.  Players with little to no experience are welcome.  Space is limited. Use of tennis rackets, balls, court time and group instruction is provided free of charge.  Children will learn basic tennis strokes as well as how to play a match.  An educational element is also included in the program.

Do you love to work with children and have a tennis background (previous NJTL participant, school team, clinics)?  A head coach must be 19 years old and assistant coach must by 16 years old. Inquiries about becoming a coach/instructor should be directed to 352-1621 or volleyball.tennis@cincinnati-oh.gov.
