- Registration begins Tuesday, January 31, 2012. League play begins Sunday, April 1, 2012.
- Priority Registration – for teams who played in spring 2011 – will take place from Tuesday, January 31, 2012 though Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
- Open Registration for all new teams and those who may have missed priority will start on Thursday, February 16, 2012, and continue until leagues fill.
- Leagues are being offered for Co-Rec, Women's and Men’s teams
The fee for an 8 game season is $300 for an unlighted league and $365 for a lighted league. The fee for a 10 game unlighted season is $360. The fee for a 12 game unlighted season is $430. Umpire fees, game balls and bases are included in the entry fee.

Applications and payment will be accepted at the CRC Athletic Office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Payment may be made with cash (in person only), check, money order or Visa/MasterCard. Credit card payments for applications that are faxed in (352-1605) or submitted on our web site at www.cincyrec.org. (the preferred method of registration) require that YOU phone the Athletics Division with the credit card number and expiration date to complete the registration process (after submitting).
Teams withdrawing prior to completion of league schedules will be assessed a $25.00 service charge for clerical and material fees. Teams withdrawing after completion of schedules will be accessed $50.00 plus prorated game fee. Teams withdrawing after the second game will receive no refund.
- New teams will need to pick up the managers packet at the CRC Athletic office prior to the start of the season.
- Rosters are due in the Athletics office before the first played game. Rosters and CRC rulebook are available on the web site.
