Charlie Winburn

Charlie Winburn is a Councilman for the City of Cincinnati. On Council, Charlie Chairs the Job Creation Committee, while serving as a member of several others. His desire is to work to establish policies that help improve the quality of life for all Cincinnatians.

Charlie previously served seven years on City Council before taking a break required by term-limitations. He has a long history of public service, with 20 years in various administrative/management positions in government and with various non-profit organizations, including the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the United Way.

Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree in urban management and a master’s degree in social foundations of education, both from the University of Cincinnati. He has also completed the urban leaders program at Harvard University.

Beyond his public service, he also serves as Pastor of The Encampment Church. He and his wife, Coleen, reside in College Hill and with their three children.
