Condemned Buildings For Historic 106 Review & Comment

These lists of condemned buildings are for you to review and comment on any historical significance.

Hearings will be held pursuant to the regulations set forth in Section 1101-57.2(4) "Demolition or Repair of Buildings" of the Cincinnati Building Code (CBC). "Whenever a building is subject to demolition or repair under Section 1101-57.1(1) of the CBC, the chief building official or his designee shall:  If the subject property is more than fifty (50) years of age, notify the Urban Conservator so that he can conduct a separate hearing to assess the building's historic significance."

The Urban Conservator will present an initial assessment of the building's historic significance at the hearing scheduled for each property. Anyone may appear at the hearings and present pertinent testimony for consideration by the Urban Conservator in assessing the property or present evidence to the Urban Conservator that would aid in the assessment of the property.
