CitiCable channel 23 is the government access channel for the City of Cincinnati. CitiCable is available to residents of the City of Cincinnati who subscribe to Time Warner Cable. CitiCable is a 24-hour cable channel that provides "live" coverage and replays of   Cincinnati City Council and its Committees.
