KZF Design, Inc.
KZF Design, Inc. recently announced plans to renovate 700 Broadway into their new headquarters, and will be applying for LEED-Silver certification on the 36,000 square foot building. This new space will be home to nearly 100 employees.

dunnhumby, USA
dunnhumby signed a 10-year lease with DHC/ANI LLC on November 14th to occupy the entire 145,000+ square-foot building at 444 W. Third Street near Paul Brown Stadium. The building will be the national headquarters for dunnhumby’s operations in the United States. When completed in August 2009, the project will represent $15.1 million in created value. The City of Cincinnati will provide additional parking nearby and property tax abatement on the improvements for a 12 year period. The Economic Development Division will extend job creation tax credit incentives to dunnhumby, USA for the creation of 150 new jobs.

Medpace
Medpace, Inc. has decided to relocate their new corporate headquarters to the former NuTone site on Red Bank Road within the City of Cincinnati. Medpace anticipates they will occupy 350,000 sq. ft. of new office space by 2014. The company will continue to maintain a presence at their Norwood location until their final lease ends in 2013. They will move employees to the new Cincinnati campus over 5 years with approximately 1,339 jobs occupying the entire 350,000 sq. ft. space by 2014. The new corporate campus will include three separate office buildings of between 110,000 to 130,000 sq. ft. each. Medpace, Inc. is an international drug development services company employing over 535 people within Greater Cincinnati.

Kendle International
Kendle International is expanding its headquarters in the Carew Tower. The company will hire 75 new employees over the next three years and invest $4.4 million in its facilities. It is the largest tenant in the Carew Tower occupying 130,000 sq. ft. of office space. Kendle provides clinical research and regulatory consultancy services to biopharmaceutical companies in 80 countries. The company employs 3,000 people worldwide, including 629 in Cincinnati.

FirstGroup America
FirstGroup America, a leader in the transportation industry, will retain and expand its operations in Downtown Cincinnati with substantial capital investment and new job creation at 600 Vine Street. FirstGroup America has committed to capital investments of at least $1 million related to tenant finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment. The company will add 135 net new jobs over the next three years and will retain the 140 jobs currently located in Downtown Cincinnati. We also congratulate FirstGroup America for having received a 2008 Growth Award from the Cincinnati USA Regional Partnership for its continued commitment to Cincinnati.
