The contractor or subcontractor must submit all requests for a living wage waiver with the response to a request for proposal or invitation to bid.  All waiver requests must be forwarded to the Contract Compliance Officer.

City Council reserves the right to waive the living wage requirements upon a finding and determination that a waiver is in the best interests of the City.
