The Office on Contract Compliance is responsible for administering, enforcing, and monitoring the Equal Employment Opportunity Program; the Small Business Enterprise Program, the Living Wage Program; and the Prevailing Wage laws. A brief description of the various programs is provided below.
The Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program - provides small business certification to assist in meeting the City’s total contracting goals. Additionally, workshops, seminars and one-on-one certification assistance are provided to increase the Hamilton County business community contracting possibilities.

Equal Employment Opportunity Program (EEO) - is a non-discrimination program that guides all City contracts over $5,000.
Living Wage - pertains to full-time City employees, employees under service contracts of $20,000 or greater. The Living Wage increases annually as guided by the federal poverty guidelines published by the US Department of Health & Human Services.
