On average, the Cincinnati Park Board Urban Forestry Program receives approximately 50 to 60 emergency calls per month. After being notified of the emergency, forestry responds within two hours - no matter where in the city or at what time the problem occurs. Cincinnati is one of the few cities that provides its residents with 24-hour, 365-day emergency service. The following situations are considered emergencies: storm and storm-related problems, hazardous situations, vandalism and accidents.
