Cincinnati Parks offer an outstanding collection of traditional picnic settings and unique facilities for hosting social and corporate functions. The over 5,000 acre Cincinnati Park system includes reservable settings and facilities located in premier regional parks and neighborhood parks.

From picnic areas and shelters, to wedding areas and pavilions, and from bandstands and lodges, to  Eden Park's Krohn Conservatory and the French House in  French Park, Cincinnati Parks offer outstanding and unique venues for hosting events. Fees for the reserved use of park facilities are structured to meet the needs of diverse budgets. Supplemental services such as catering are also available. In addition to reserved areas and facilities, Cincinnati Parks makes available many settings and facilities at no cost, on a "first come first served" basis.

This guide highlights the facilities available in Cincinnati Parks for the hosting of events. Given the size and diversity of the Cincinnati Park system, it is only a guide and not a comprehensive listing. Accommodations for up to 300 persons. Facilities include reserved grounds with stationary picnic tables, swings, open shelter and restrooms. No electricity available. Available April 15 through mid October.  Note:  All picnic areas must be reserved AT LEAST two weeks in advance of event.  Please read all  rules and regulations prior to reserving any picnic area.

Accommodations for up to 75 persons. Open-sided shelters with playground areas. Picnic tables and grills are available at most locations. No electricity is available. Alcohol is prohibited. Accommodations beginning at 125 persons with capacities increased with tenting. Settings in the picturesque woods and hills of Mt. Airy Forest, all within a 15 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati. Lodges with kitchen facilities, meeting/social areas, optional catering services and adjacent reserved grounds with recreational amenities. Available all year for rental.

Bandstands/Music Pavilions
