John G. Banner

John G. Banner has been a Hearing Examiner with the City of Cincinnati's Office of Administrative Hearings since 1997. He received his law degree from Georgetown University in 1977, and his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Illinois. Mr. Banner has held various corporate legal positions with Cincinnati companies and is a past president of the Lawyer's Club of Cincinnati.

Douglas E. King

Douglas E. King has been a Hearing Examiner with the City of Cincinnati's Office of Administrative Hearings since 1997. He received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1973, and his undergraduate degree in Pre-Legal Studies from the University of Michigan. Mr. King has over twenty-five years of experience in both civil litigation and arbitration.
