The Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) of Cincinnati is seeking to fill the position of Information Technology Manager.   The Information Technology Manager will be responsibility for directing, managing, supervising and coordinating the activities and operations of the assigned division within the Metropolitan Sewer District. The Manager will also coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, departments and outside agencies; and provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Metropolitan Sewer District.

QUALIFICATIONS: Each applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s degree preferred) combined with significant and progressively responsible Information Technology experience including eight years of supervisory/management/project management experience. Experience gained from an organization of comparable complexity is required. Public sector experience is favored but not required. Must be technically strong, with strategic visioning, planning and management abilities. Must be service and outcome focused with a proven ability to work in a collaborative, decision-making environment. Must possess or obtain a valid driver’s license. You are required to show your valid Driver’s License to the Human Resources Department staff NO LATER THAN THE DEADLINE DATE FOR FILING APPLICATIONS. All required experience must have occurred within the last five years. You must be a Hamilton County resident at the time of appointment.
