The Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill a Computer System Analyst position to support the administration of PeopleSoft.  This individual should have prior experience with PeopleSoft’s Enterprise Financial Management, Enterprise Performance Management and Supply Chain Management modules.  The implementation of these PeopleSoft modules in underway to enable the large scale coordination of work activities supporting MSD’s Wet Weather Improvement Program.

The primary responsibility of this position is to administer, support, and perform customization and/or configuration of the application throughout it’s lifecycle, in accordance with define service levels.  This individual must be a self starter, work  well in a team environment, have exceptional customer service skills, and be able to demonstrate the following:

· Experience in implementing PeopleSoft Financial, preferably Project Costing, Program Management, GL, and AP
· Experience in PeopleSoft enterprise application support, customization and configuration
· Strong familiarity and in-depth understanding of PeopleSoft architecture
· Experience in PeopleSoft application security, including security roles, creating new users, and management permission list
· Demonstrated understanding of enterprise application integration
· Familiarity in working within virtual environments and ability to manage multiple PeopleSoft environments
· Identify the need for system upgrades and integration, evaluating the life cycle cost vs. benefit of the upgrade
· Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to understand the business and technical environment of the organization
· Experience in cross walking business requirements to effective PeopleSoft solutions
· In depth knowledge of how applications run on enterprise level servers
· Ability to effectively communicate project objectives and bring projects to a successful conclusion
· Ability to manage relationships within a project team

Ideal candidate will also have experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management and Supply Chain Management modules.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Each applicant must have three years (3) of paid professional experience in implementing PeopleSoft Financial and/or PeopleSoft EPM plus a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a major in computer science, information technology, computer programming, business, finance, or a related field. OR Each applicant must have five years (5) of paid professional experience in implementing PeopleSoft Financials and/or PeopleSoft EPM plus an Associate’s Degree , preferably with a major in computer science, information technology, computer programming, business, finance, or a related field. All required experience must have occurred within the last (5) five years You are required to show your valid driver's license to the Human Resources Department staff NO LATER THAN THE DEADLINE DATE FOR FILING APPLICATIONS.  Must be a Hamilton County resident at the time of appointment.
