Salary:  $52,662 - $71,094 annually

The City of Cincinnati, Health Department has an exciting employment opportunity for an individual to make a difference for the Homeless population in Cincinnati. The Nurse Practitioner leads a team of professionals on board the Homeless Van.

TRANSCRIPTS showing your qualifications for this position must be delivered to Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 200, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 by the transcript deadline date. The City does not maintain a transcript file; a copy must be submitted with each application. You may submit a readable, xeroxed copy of your transcripts in lieu of requesting a new copy from the school for each application.

QUALIFICATIONS: One year of responsible experience in public health nursing as a registered nurse and certification to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. (R.P.N.). Other Requirements include possession of licensure as a registered nurse from the Ohio Board of Nursing, possession of certification as a nurse practitioner from the appropriate state or national agency, possession of or ability to obtain CPR certification from the American Heart Association, possession of or ability to obtain a valid Ohio driver's license. All required experience must have occurred within the last (5) five years. You are required to show your valid driver's license to the Human Resources Department staff NO LATER THAN THE DEADLINE DATE FOR FILING APPLICATIONS. Must be a Hamilton County resident at the time of appointment.
