Special Events Permits


Applications for Public Assembly Permit, Pyrotechnic Permits for fireworks displays indoor and outdoor, Open Flame Permit and permit for Temporary Food Service Operations are available for download directly from this web page.

All applications must be filled in completely and signed by the requesting individual. Permit Applications should be eitherdelivered or mailed to:

Customers should pay particular attention to deadlines for submitting applications. Permit fees if required must accompany the permit application.

For customers who have submitted an application for a Special Event with the Cincinnati Police Departments Events Planning Unit it is imperative that you contact the Fire Departments Special Event Unit to review the service level required and associated cost related to service requirements.
