District Three Fire Chief Glenn Coleman reported on a one alarm fire that occurred at 4932 Oakdale Avenue in Bond Hill.  At 12:57 AM the Cincinnati Fire Communications Center received a call reporting a building fire. Upon arrival fire fighters found fire showing from the front of a single story commercial brick structure. 

Fire fighters made an aggressive interior attack with fire lines and extinguished the fire within ten minutes. An interior search of the structure was conducted for occupants with negative results. Damage to the structure is estimated at $7,500.00 dollars .There were no injuries to fire fighters or civilians. The fire cause is currently being investigated by the Cincinnati Fire Investigation Unit
