Cincinnati, Ohio - The Cincinnati Fire Department has been awarded a $7,500 grant through the Neace Lukens Insurance Agency and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. The grant will be used to teach local students the importance of fire safety and of having a Home Escape Plan. Energizer has also graciously donated 500 batteries that will be passed out to the students; thereafter the students will take the batteries home and replace their current smoke alarm battery.
Cincinnati Fire Fighters, Oyler School in Price Hill, representatives from Neace Lukens Insurance Agency, Fireman’s Fund and Energizer will come together for a special recognition event.
