District-Three Fire Chief Alan L. Sedam reported on a one alarm structure fire that occurred today at 4219 Jerome, in Northside. At 6:00 PM Cincinnati Fire Communication Center received a telephone call reporting a fire in a single family dwelling. Initial fire units discovered smoke showing from the second floor.

The fires started on the second floor and the cause is undetermined at this time. The fire was quickly suppressed by first arriving companies. Smoke alarms were present and sounding. There were no injuries to Firefighters or civilians. Damage is estimated @ $10,000.00 dollars
