Juvenile Fire Setter Program

The Juvenile Fire Setter Program evaluates referred juveniles and determines the best course of action and/or intervention that will change the juvenile’s fire setting behavior. Juveniles who were referred to the program receive fire education or are referred to other agencies for counseling or therapy.

The program’s guidelines describe a juvenile as an individual aged 3 years to seventeen years of age. The Coordinator participates in many educational and support organizations, through the Center for Children and Families, Hamilton County Juvenile Fire Setter Educators Association, as well as others, which support the program.

For more information about the Juvenile Fire Setter Program, contact the Coordinator at (513) 352-1685
