About the Purchasing Division

The Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is charged with the acquisition of all supplies, materials, and equipment required by departments and offices of city government. Specifications for goods and services are made available to vendors who are interested in submitting bids for consideration by the division. All current bids are listed in the Bid Process section of our web site.

The City Bulletin is the City's official weekly publication. Subscriptions cost $40/year for first class delivery.
This publication lists bids wanted for purchases anticipated to cost over $25,000.
