Purpose: To permit the collection of a taxable admission and authorize the licensee to act as the City's agent in the collection and payment of taxes received on admissions inside the City of Cincinnati. Only admissions greater than $1.05 per person are taxable with the exception of greens fees and annual memberships to golf courses, resale of tickets, and certain service charges. Please see Section 309-3, Cincinnati Municipal Code for a more detailed explanation.

• $5.00 Annual Fee
• $5.00 Temporary issued for specific date(s) of event

• Per the discretion of the City of Cincinnati Treasury Division
