To begin the registration process, you must complete the following steps:
Download the VSS User's Manual and follow the instructions.
Complete the vendor registration process by using the following link to the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System. Once there, click on "Register."
Make your annual payment and complete the necessary forms by going to the Vendor Self Service forms page.
